Product
* Everything on the site is directly available and can be delivered immediatley.
* Our products are made with love and care, but aren't tested.
* The materials of own design is certified Oko-tex Standard 100.
* You can wash all items at max 60 degrees. The products that contain wool,
felt, embroidery, crochet and blankets should be washed cold by hand. The knitted and crocheted products are not washable
* The knitted and crocheted product are for decoration only.
* Use of Club Geluk products are at own risk, we are not responsible for accisents of malfunction. When children use the products we advise you to use this under the
supervision of an adult. The packing is not child-friendly, please remove this before usage.
Price
* The prices include 21% tax.
* The prices do not include shippingcosts.
Payment
Payment is on terms of prepayment. You can pay in 3 different ways at Club Geluk within 7 days after orderdate (after this the order is cancelled) with the ordernumber as payment reference:
1) Transfer to 133132846 Club Geluk Amsterdam
2) Direct and online by iDeal
3) Paypal to paypalaccount info@clubgeluk.nl.
Shipment
* Orders are send within 24 hours after payment (workdays)
* Parcels are send by TNT.
* No shipment is charged for digital purchaches like pdf patterns. Please choose No shipping.
* Beyond the European borders the price of shipment is calculated seperately. Choose transfer for this.
* We are not responsible for loss or theft during the shipment, but we do anythnig to track the parcel. I want your shipment to be insured please inform us before order.
Returnpolicy
In the framework of remote sales to consumers subject to the Law of 14 July 1991, you have the right to cancel your purchase, without justification and without penalty within seven working days of delivery. You have to return all goods at his your risk and expense to Club Geluk, Hilversumstraat 32, 1024 JZ Amsterdam. You will receive your money back, excluding the shipping costs. Goods specifically designed cannot be accepted. In such cases, you cannot make recourse to any right of renunciation.
